Job description
- Support Lean CI Engineers in improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Collect, organize and analyze operational data.
- Assist in identifying improvement opportunities and waste reduction initiatives.
- Support project tracking, documentation and progress reporting.
- Participate in project meetings and follow-up actions.
- Participate in Kaizen events and Lean/WCM activities (5S, PDCA, 5 Why, Standard Work, VSM, SMED, TPM).
- Support KPI reporting, dashboard updates and visual management.
- Assist in SOP, work instruction and template development.
- Support digitalization projects using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, SQL/Python and AI tools.

Job requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate.
- Major in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Power BI, Power Apps, SQL or Python knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, teamwork and communication skills.
