PROCUREMENT INTERN

Job description
- Source and obtain quotations for both direct and indirect materials/services.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, service level, delivery performance, and technical capability.
- Create and convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) in the SAP system.
- Maintain and update procurement data in SAP, including pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders and procurement-related issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Collect payment-related documents from suppliers and relevant departments, and submit them to the Finance Department for processing.
- Ensure timely procurement activities to support business operations and project requirements.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager.

Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Results-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
