REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

The role, reporting to the Retail Regional Sales Manager, responsible to manage the sales turnover achievement of all DTs and all Sub-DTs this region, to drive more growth potential in different channels, will support in the following activities:
• Achieve the quarterly and yearly turnover target.
• Responsible for the development of DTs and Sub-DTs within the retail channel in the Eastern region (Beijing, Tianjing, He bei, An hui, Jiang su) and guide DTs and DTs to achieve sales targets.
• Coach and train all customers to make more sell-out progress in the field as soon as possible
• Monitor and track the penetration progress of all DT or Sub-DT in this region.
• Drive all new launch products in this region by well penetration.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree with:
• More than 10 years in sales manager role
• decorative material industrial is better
• Good communication skills in Chinese
