The role, reporting to our Sales Director (West Cluster) is reponsible for the following activities:
- Channel Development & System Construction - Responsible for the development, strategic layout, and optimization of the project channel network in the Northwest and Middle regions, identifying and onboarding high-quality channel partners.Formulated and executed regional channel development strategies and action plans.
- Sales Target Achievement - Accountable for achieving annual sales targets and collection quotas assigned by the company through the established channel network.Assisted and managed channel partners in project follow-up, bidding, quotation, and technical support to ensure the successful closure of key projects.
- Partner Management - Conducted training and provided ongoing management for engineering partners to enhance their product knowledge, sales capabilities, and loyalty.Maintained strong client relationships through regular visits to core channel partners and key customers.
- Market Intelligence & Insights - Conducted in-depth market research on the construction engineering sector in the Northwest and Central China regions, gathering industry trends, competitor intelligence, and project leads.Focused on the development and management of Key Account (KA) clients in the national real estate sector.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Collaborated closely with Technical, R&D, Marketing, Commercial, and Service teams to provide comprehensive support to channel partners and resolve issues during project execution.
Requirement:
- A bachelor degree with more than 5 years working experience of sales project in HVAC industry.
- Proviciency in business negotiation, communication, and client relationship management.
- Results-driven and goal-orientend.
- Strong experience in project workflows and public bidding/tender processes.
- Availability to travel.
- Native or fluent in Chinese, with professional working proficiency in English.
