We are looking for a WCM & Digitalization Engineer for Wuxi Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support to define the WCM route map and the training plan.
• Support to organize and prepare the WCM audit according to the audit plan.
• Develop the implementation of the manufacturing digitalization strategy, plan the technical architecture, operate and maintain the existing digital platforms, and continuously improve them to ensure the stable operation of the systems.
• Manage or Support other projects or tasks related to Continuous Improvement, Digitalization related projects & tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in industry engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Digital tools application.
• Strong experience of Digitalization development and maintain.
• Basic knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing.
• Familiar with process of punching, cutting, welding, enameling, assembly.
• Strong team work for both internal and external department.
• Fluent in English reading and writing.

The Ideal Candidates:

• More than 3 years relevant work experience in digitalization development, software development, lean manufacturing.
• WCM experience is plus.
• Experience in Electric Water Heater or Gas Instant Water Heater is plus.
