Job description included but not limited :

1. Cooperate with the sales department to conduct product feasibility and cost analysis in the early stage of the project.
2. After the project is approved, be able to independently lead the development of new products and manage the design data of products and components (such as drawings, BOM tables, technical documents, etc.)
3. Define the verification test plans for new products or components and analyze with test engineers if the test results meet the design requirements.
4. Cooperate with the IE team to complete the product introduction, and finally release the new product.
5. Develop a timeline for new products based on available resources and priorities, coordinate various tasks to align with the established plan.
6. Support the procurement department's projects such as localization and resourcing to approach yearly targe.
7. Support production line and QA in resolving urgent and complex issues.

Main requirements 

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, or other equivalent engineering.
2. Experience in tubing heater design
3. Have the basic knowledge and awareness related to the ISO9001/14001.
4. Good English in reading and written.
5. Experience with Solidworks, CAD tools and SAP systems is an asset.
