The role, reporting to the Quality Supervisor, is responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes, ensuring that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Responsible for the quality issue and data collection&analysis of process, and summary of routine meetings.
- Responsible for handling and following up on market claim and returned products;
- Responsible for the improvement of FPY, Finished Goods Inspection, and Market Claims;
- Responsible for the calibration of Quality control tools and equipments;
- Maintaining and developing statistical and analysis tools of Process, and publishing analysis reports in dedicated meetings.
- Developing and coordinating required project quality deliverables, such as PPAP, D/PFMEA, Quality Control Plan, Quality records, and Process standards.
- Other tasks assigned by Quality management.

The ideal candidate has a College degree in Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company. Entrepreneurship, organizational and planning skills, teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity are required to be successful for the role. Fluent in English knowledge are mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (WCM, QM, Kaizen, Six Sigma) and proficiency in Excel will complete the profile.
