We are looking for a PLANNING & WAREHOUSE MANAGER for Wuxi Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedule.
- Continuously improve Planning & Warehouse Management, ensure smooth production, reduce inventory & logistic costs.
- Manage Planning & Warehouse team.
- Arrange & Manage the production schedule properly according to HQ demands.
- Assure the minumums time to change the models.
- Edit and monitor the situation in BPCS and in warehouse. (RM inventory, P.O, shop-order.)
- Follow up with actual production status and raw material delivery to ensure the production lines run smoothly, in the meantime control the RM stock level.
- Cooperate with Procurement Dept. to manage supplier performance effectively.
- Monitor actual production outputs and adjust production schedule properly.
- Conduct Continuous Improvements on warehouse management with the target to reduce inventory level & logistic costs.
- Participate in or lead Plant improvement projects to save operation costs.
- Lead and manage the planing & warehouse team effectively.
- Other tasks as assigned by company or superior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Five years relevant work experience or above.
- Familiar with SAP/ MTO / MTS/ consignment and ABC-XYZ Pareto analysis skill for inventory.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- People & team management skills.
