MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST for WU Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production, office, and external cooperative equipment, including refrigeration systems, industrial machinery, and electrical automation equipment, to ensure stable operation and minimize downtime.
- Independently diagnose equipment failures, analyze root causes using professional testing tools, formulate efficient repair plans, and promptly resolve sudden breakdowns while maintaining detailed maintenance records.
- Participate in equipment upgrading and optimization projects, propose improvement suggestions based on operational data and production needs, and assist in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment.
- Establish and maintain equipment maintenance files, record maintenance cycles, repair details, spare parts replacement, and consumable usage, and regularly analyze operational data to support procurement and maintenance planning.
- Develop routine maintenance schedules, provide training for operators on proper equipment usage, and reduce malfunctions caused by human error.
- Strictly comply with safety regulations and operational standards, identify potential safety hazards, and ensure equipment operation meets safety and environmental requirements.
- Liaise with external suppliers for spare parts procurement and after sales service coordination to ensure timely supply and maintain good partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with knowledge of machine systems, pumps, electrical controls, and heat exchange equipment; experience in Auto-production maintenance is preferred.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and testing instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, torque wrenches, refrigerant recovery machines, etc.) and able to perform independent fault detection and repairs.
- Solid understanding of mechanical transmission, electrical control, hydraulics, pneumatics; ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly locate faults and implement effective solutions.
- Familiar with ISO quality management systems, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Basic proficiency in CAD and office software (Word, Excel, PPT) for documentation and reporting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; service oriented and collaborative with production, technical, and procurement teams.
- Preferred certifications: electrician license, welder license; willingness to travel for on site repairs.
The ideal candidates:
- More than 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial automation equipment, familiar with major brands and spare parts selection.
- Experience in production equipment upgrading, installation, maintenance and commissioning projects, capable of managing the full process independently.
- Ability to build preventive maintenance systems and optimize maintenance plans to reduce operational costs.
- Good English reading and writing skills to understand technical documents and manuals.
- Strong learning ability, detail oriented, highly responsible, and able to complete tasks efficiently with timely feedback.
