LABORATORY SPECIALIST

We are looking for a HPWH LABORATORY SPECIALIST for validation tests in the development of new products and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have good hands-on skills, and collaborate with R&D colleagues to complete the production and assembly of test prototypes
- Understand the operation methods and precautions for common laboratory equipment and instruments (such as power meters, flow meters, thermocouples, ...) and be able to independently complete testing work as soon as possible
- Be familiar with laboratory work processes, understand laboratory safety precautions, and grasp the basic requirements for laboratory equipment management
- Be able to accept harsh working conditions and irregular working hours
- Upon receiving test requirements, be able to carefully understand the test specifications and precautions, arrange test work in accordance with the test plan, and provide timely feedback on the progress
- Collect test data, record test information, and carefully complete the output of test reports
- Analyze test data and reports, proactively identify the causes of problems, and put forward improvement suggestions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major related with Mechanical Manufacture or Electrical Engineering, HVAC or refrigeration
- Above 3 years of work experience is preferred
- Have good English, could read English document and write English report

- Have work experience in home appliance laboratories
- Possess excellent qualities of being hard-working and able to endure hardships, as well as a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to accept repetitive work in the laboratory
- Possess strong learning ability, have a strong interest in new technologies and new methods, and make efforts for them
