We are looking for a IE Manager who will assist and work with the plant manager in everyway possible to lead the efforts to eliminate waste throughout the organization and help enable the business for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Production personnel, shift leaders and managers (hand on) to implement improvements in manufacturing and throughout the workshop and in the office.
- Work with all company personnel to create standard work.
- Work with leaders to create leader standard work.
- Training all personnel in Lean Principles and Implementation techniques.
- Facilitate Point and system kaizen events.
- Facilitate with process owners creation of Lean implementation plan, track savings.Ensure control plans, poka yoke, TPM are developed and updated for each line.
- Implement Lean in the office and update VSMs.
- Facilitate PFEP and kanban analysis.
- Train and implement PDCA model and A3 problem solving.
- Ensure standard work is created and updated. Work to engrain Lean into company policies i.e. ISO9000.
- Help implement QDIP and suggestion system.
- Participate in company Lean networking initiatives.
- Provide strategy, analysis, and plans for business development for improvement of manufacturing process and reduction of operation cost.
- Assure that the processes and procedures required to professionally manage project risk and profitability are effectively executed in manufacture operations.
- Responsible for development of lean order processes and participation in their implementation together with the balance of the Operations staff.
- Responsible for overall Pump and accessory business as it relates to the critical processes improvements that drive positive financial results.
- Closely Link with the WCM and outside consultants in identifying, planning and directing process improvement opportunities.
- Supports and shares responsibility for the efficient and effective management of the operations team to meet organizational goals.
- Work with Managers/Supervisors to ensure safety, production, cost, on time delivery, and quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Industrial or Business preferred or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with engineering, contract management, procurement and lean processes; 3+ years of Supervisory experience.
- Fluent in English as work language.
- Financial, budgeting & analytical skills; Strong leadership, team building skills & Strategic abilities.
