INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify waste and bottleneck positions on production site and carry out improvement projects to improve production efficiency.
  • Production capacity analysis and evaluation, line balance optimization to improve capacity.
  • Optimize production layout, improve material flow and reduce inventory.
  • Analyze the problems in production and put forward improvement plans to ensure the production meets the product process requirements.
  • Prepare manufacturability check list, process flow and feasibility analysis, PFMEA, time estimation and process system maintenance for new products.
  • Collect problems in new product trial, find solutions and implement verification.
  • Prepare and update SOP, and train staff.
  • New or modified fixture and material rack for production site to assist production operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • College degree or above, major in industrial engineering or mechanical related
  • At least 3 years process experience, home appliance related industry experience is preferred
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proficient in lean production tools, lean line layout, VSM, problem solving skills, DFMA, PFMEA, SMED, 5S, etc.Proficient in CAD and Excel.
  • Responsible, good communication and coordination skills, team work spirit
