HR SENIOR SPECIALIST

In your role as HR Senior Specialist, reporting to the HR Manager Plant, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • perform all contractual and administrative activities linked to white and blue collars from the hiring process to the end according to the Company Policies and the Italian law regulations
  • manage the payroll process
  • guarantee the alignment of the HR process to the Corporate guidelines
  • support the day by day activities HR related including data analysis, internal communications, absenteeism management, disciplinary procedures
  • be involved in WCM methodology supporting the Pillar Leader in managing all the activities of the People Development Pillar (e.g.: Training / Skill assessment etc.)
  • update and ensure the correct respect of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
  • participate in the selections and the initiatives of training for the Plant

 

As our ideal candidate you have a degree in Human Resources, Economics or Law with a brilliant academic background, 5-7 years of experience and a strong interest for Human Resources topics.

Your entrepreneurship, flexibility, strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills complete the profile. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
