LABORATORY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

As Laboratory Maintenance Specialist, reporting to the Water Heating Laboratory Manager, you will ensure the efficiency of equipment and systems through routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities within the Water Heating laboratory organization.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on laboratory equipment and systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults, coordinating with external service providers when needed
- Supervise the installation of new equipment and provide technical support to other Ariston laboratories
- Manage warehouse organization, site cleaning, and surveillance activities
- Collaborate with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper waste disposal, environmental monitoring, and utility consumption tracking (energy, water, gas, photovoltaic)
As our ideal candidate, your skillset includes:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and external contractor management
- Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools
- Operational autonomy and strong interpersonal skills
- Forklift license; fire safety and first aid training are a plus
