WOLF SALES MANAGER (SHANGHAI)

The role, reporting to the National Sales Manager, will support in the following activities: 

  • Responsible for sales in Shanghai. Major product is boiler but potentially for other products like ventilation.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategy to achieve allocated territory sales goals and revenues
  • Assist dealers in sales work, including but not limited to product knowledge and sales skills training, promotion planning and implementation
  • Collect customer data to maintain and update the company's customer database
  • Conduct market research as well as competitor and customer analysis
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
  • Cooperate with the Marketing Department to execute the marketing activity plan and other tasks assigned by the company's management team
  • Develop and organize the activity plans for sales realization for dealers and retailers

 

The ideal candidate has a college s Degree in heating, thermal energy and power, HVAC. 

Must have at least three years of sales experience in the HVAC industry. Having HVAC dealer resources in Shanghai is preferred. Living in Shanghai and familiar with the Shanghai market.

Trustworthy, confident, creative and well-organized with a spirit of teamwork. Good communication, negotiation, and execution. Strong learning ability, proactive and motivated in work. Aligning with the company's values

Adaptable to frequent business trips.
