The role, reporting to the trade marketing manager, as a bridge between regional sales team and marketing team, this role will help to monitor market dynamic and competitor movement by having close communication with sales force and sales managers will support in the following activities: 

  • Do VOC (voice of customer) to understand the requirements from distribution channel and internal sales team from product to sales operation.
  • Sales/Channel Support, including:
  • Track monthly sales data and marketing trend of Tier 2 and do analysis
  • Support and manage local POS (new POS set-up, maintain old one). Sales material management.
  • Support regional sales and distributors to know the market as well as do regional market plan
  • Organize different promotion campaigns, responsible for coordination and implementation with local regional sales and distributors.
  • Manage promotion expenses to maximize the business effect.
  • Other matters assigned by the line manager.

Requirement:  

  • At least 3- 5 years’ experience in trade marketing.
  • Experience in HVAC industry or similar B2B2C industry is preferred.
  • Acceptable for frequent travel.
  • A bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (frequent business communication required)
