HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Understand the local business plan and provide HR solutions to address the people issue and fulfill the business plan, especially in the phase of business and organizational changes;Be the local point of reference for HR KPI, with a special focus on labor cost analysis;
- Execute according to HR process or policy and make appropriate suggestions for further improvement;
- Support local business leaders and management team in regards of daily HR activities including recruitment, data analysis, internal communications, disciplinary procedures, low performer management, etc.;
- HR Events: support organization of trainings, workshop, conferences, or Open days, etc.;
- Know the people especially the key talents; Coach and feedback the leaders and talents on their own development plan;
- Manage employee relations, provide solutions and suggestions to people managers and ensure compliance;
- Support the business on org structure optimization or business transformation projects;
- Lead/support other HR related projects as needed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, employee development & engagement, and performance management;
- Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.;
- Good presentation skills in Mandarin and English;
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office applications.
