The candidate will be part of the Group ICT – Americas’ Region and will be involved in SAP ECC projects, as well as in the Application Maintenance activity.

 The position will be responsible for:

• Interfacing with the Business and assisting them in defining SAP ECC functional requirements in the Sales and Distribution module, that means working with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Managers and IT technical teams (including external consultants) to gather functional requirements and evaluate implementation alternatives.
• Supporting the full life cycle of the SAP ECC SD Change Requests / Projects, from writing functional analysis, developments/interface specifications and Internal/User Acceptance Test scripts up to deploying the solution into Production environment.
• Performing 1st and 2nd level Key Users support via a ticketing system.
• Performing extensive Quality Assurance on the external systems integrator deliverables.

Qualification:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar related fields.
• At least 4 years of professional experience as SAP SD Analyst in SAP implementation projects in medium to big organizations;

Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD module:

• Organizational structures, Customers and Materials Master Data, End to End sales processes: offer, contract (value, quantitative, service, scheduling agreement), order, delivery, customer invoice.
• Complex pricing schema and control routines, shipping, supplies and transportation processes;
• Global availability to promise check with interface to SAP SCM;
• Output determination and complex forms management;
• Intrastat and plant abroad processes;
• Intercompany, intracompany stock transfer orders, credit control;

Functional knowledge of SAP MM module (considered as a Plus):

• Master data: materials, organizational structures, suppliers, price lists, quotes,
• End to end purchasing processes: purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts and scheduling agreements, supplier invoicing of services and materials;
• Quality management (QM) and inventory management (IM);
• Other SAP module knowledge (SAP FI and SAP QM in particular) and MRP knowledge would be an asset.
• Ability to easily interact with business internal clients as well as with external suppliers in multinational environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and team-working attitude
• Fluent English
• Availability to travel (mainly US and Canada) are required.
