We are looking for an experienced and motivated  Manufacturing Engineering Manager with strong project management capabilities to lead key industrial and transformation projects within our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the optimization, redesign, and development of production processes
  • Lead strategic industrial projects supporting our production ramp‑up
  • Ensure the successful integration of new product lines into our manufacturing environment
  • You will work closely with the Plant Director and the Central Manufacturing Engineering team to shape the plant’s industrial future and support its growth journey.

 

Key Responsibilities Industrial Engineering & Process Optimization

 

  • Design, redesign, and continuously improve production processes to enhance ergonomics, efficiency, flexibility, and capacity while reducing waste.
  • Develop production standards, methods, and operating procedures
  • Conduct time/motion studies, manage bottlenecks, and perform line balancing
  • Support plant layout design or redesign to streamline flows

 

Industrialization & Equipment Management

 

  • Define technical specifications for new machines and production lines
  • Lead design reviews with external suppliers
  • Manage commissioning and acceptance of new equipment
  • Drive implementation of technological upgrades and Industry 4.0 initiatives
  • Lead the Early Equipment Management (EEM) pillar within the WCM structureIndustrialize new products and support Engineering Change Requests from R&D and Quality

 

Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

 

  • Drive end‑to‑end project management for industrial and manufacturing projects—from planning to execution and stabilization
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
  • Lead project reviews, prepare progress reports, and track risks and key milestones
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational targets.
  • Support change management and process optimization during scale‑up phase

 

 

Qualifications Technical & Professional Background

 

  • Engineering degree and 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing
  • Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing project management Knowledge of key production processes (metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, PU injection, assembly, automation).
  • Experience with time & method studies (MTM-UAS is a plus)
  • Technical procurement and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in Autocad, Cadra, SolidWorks or other 2D/3D design tools

 

Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

 

  • Basics of WCM or other lean/continuous improvement approaches
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental concepts applied to production
  • Basics of statistical quality control, simulation, and applied statistics
  • Understanding of cost and performance accounting
  • Basics of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software used in maintenance
