In your role as HSE Specialist you will be responsible to maintain environmental, health and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe and health working environment. This role supports incident prevention, conducts training, audits facilities, to reduce risk an generate strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses.
- Incident investigations, determine root causes, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Support emergency response planning, drills, and crisis management processes.
- Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (STPS, IMSS)
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations (SEMA, SEMARNAT, CONAGUA)
- Monitor sustainability metrics and support initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
- Oversee hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal programs.

Training & Communication
- Perform EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement safety and environmental awareness.
- Maintain accurate EHS records, including audits, training logs, incident reports, and regulatory documents.
- Track KPIs such as IF,IG near-miss reporting, and compliance audit scores.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in EHS roles
- Knowledge of Mexican regulations, ISO 14001/45001 standards, and local environmental/safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Spanish and English (Conversational and writing)
