The Industrial Controller is part of the Production team and manages reports and financial analysis, monitoring industrial costs. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and operation planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Prepare and analyze the company’s key performance indicators with a specific focus on operational activities.
•   Present the daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s to the company’s management team.
•   Analyze monthly manufacturing and purchasing performance via the calculation of variances vs. budget and forecast.
•   Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts.
•   Prepare capital expenditure requests evaluating economic return (IRR, NPV). Track actual capital expenditures vs. plan.
•   Preparation of the annual operational budget.
•   Ensure product cost control and raw material stock control.
•   Support physical inventory count and periodical obsolescence reserve analysis.
•   Support with various internal and external audits as required.
•   Work with operations to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control current processes supporting compliance with company policies, systems, and procedures for the area.
•   Providing support to Supply Chain, Operations & Commercial department on decision making: make or buy, cost analysis on alternatives, etc.
•   Perform special project assignments as requested.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
•   Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
•   3+ years of working experience in a manufacturing setting.
•   Knowledge of Standard Cost Accounting.
•   Strong analytical and communication skills.
•   Strong attention to detail.
•   Knowledge and experience with SAP is a plus
•   Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint in particular).
