SALES ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

Situé dans notre entreprise à Champlan (91), notre nouveau collaborateur aura pour mission la gestion des commandes clients et achat, de la livraison jusqu'à la facturation.

Les missions seront les suivantes : 

· Saisie des commandes clients et achat fournisseurs

· Suivi des livraisons clients

· Facturation clients

· Validation et Enregistrement des facturations fournisseurs

· Etablissement de devis pièces détachées.

· Création de comptes clients

Les compétences requises : 

Être réactif et rigoureux dans le traitement des commandes et de leur suivi jusqu'à la livraison.

Vous disposez de réelles qualités d’adaptation, d'organisation, gestion des priorités et d’anticipation pour cette mission polyvalente.

Doté d’un excellent relationnel et d’un sens aigu du service.

Maîtrise ERP / SAP Module gestion de commande vente et achat, consultation stock

Parfaitement autonome dans l'utilisation d'Excel et du pack office.
