The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in our marketing team by developing, executing, and optimizing Ariston’s digital marketing strategy across owned, paid, and earned digital channels for our US & Canadian markets. This role drives brand awareness, lead generation, audience engagement, campaign performance, and customer communications through websites, email marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, social media, marketing automation, analytics, and digital content.

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Â
- Partner with Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing, Sales, Training, and product stakeholders to develop digital programs that support launches, events, training, promotions, and customer education.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across email, paid search, display, social media, content syndication, and other digital channels.
- Manage campaign calendars, messaging, audience segmentation, testing plans, and performance reporting to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing, Sales, Training, and product stakeholders to develop digital programs that support launches, events, training, promotions, and customer education.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, platform changes, and best practices, recommending new approaches that improve reach, engagement, conversion, and return on investment.

- Manage and maintain brand websites and digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, current, optimized, accessible, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata recommendations, technical issue coordination, and content improvements that increase organic visibility.
- Support SEM and paid media initiatives by coordinating campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword strategy, budget pacing, creative testing, and performance optimization.
- Create, coordinate, and publish digital marketing content and assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media, and other digital channels.
- Support graphic design needs for digital marketing initiatives by creating or adapting on-brand visuals, layouts, and creative assets for web, email, social media, paid media, presentations, and other digital communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve website performance, user experience, landing page effectiveness, digital content quality, and campaign conversion rates.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using marketing analytics platforms, campaign dashboards, CRM data, and channel-specific reporting tools.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for digital programs, including traffic, engagement, conversion, lead quality, email performance, paid media efficiency, and campaign return on investment.
- Prepare clear performance summaries and actionable recommendations for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

CRM Responsibilities
Â
- Own the CRM system for the Heating and Water Heating business, including setting up and maintaining data structures, transferring existing contact data into a centralized CRM, and managing rules for contact/record creation and updating.
- Support Marketing Managers in creating and deploying effective email campaigns while striving to improve deliverability and open rates.
- Set up marketing automation and email campaigns for different audiences, including contractors, distributors/dealers, and Ariston employees.
- Analyze and report on contact activity monthly.

Experience & Education

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, graphic or digital design, or a related field, and 5+ years’ experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies in a B2B and/or B2C environment. They will also have:

- Strong experience with SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, content marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns that support awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer communications.
- Experience managing websites, landing pages, digital content updates, and digital user experience improvements.
- Proficiency with digital marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, CRM reporting, campaign platforms, and related performance measurement tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements based on data and business objectives.
- Solid personal computer skills, with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Â and HubSpot.
- Experience with CRM tools, audience segmentation, contact management, and marketing automation capabilities.
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
