We are looking for a results-driven Project Sales Manager to lead both project sales growth and Ariston’s eStore performance. This role combines strong B2B project sales capability with a growing focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital sales, requiring both commercial acumen and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will actively drive project opportunities across residential and commercial developments while also optimizing online sales performance to accelerate revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project sales growth by identifying, developing, and converting opportunities across residential and commercial developments
  • Build strong relationships with developers, main contractors, architects, and M&E consultants to secure specifications and project wins
  • Engage early in project planning stages to influence product inclusion and maximize win rates
  • Lead end-to-end tender submissions, including pricing strategy, technical compliance, and internal coordination
  • Prepare competitive and high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements and company objectives
  • Own and drive Ariston’s eStore performance, focusing on revenue growth and profitability
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, digital campaigns, and product mix optimization
  • Identify opportunities to expand D2C sales channels
  • Improve conversion rates through effective product positioning, promotions, and customer response strategies
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through purchase to installation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and distributors
  • Grow key accounts and drive repeat business opportunities
  • Position Ariston as a preferred brand for water heating solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver suitable water heating solutions (e.g., electric storage heaters, instant heaters, centralized systems)
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
  • Develop compelling value propositions emphasizing Ariston’s strengths such as energy efficiency, reliability, and smart Wi-Fi technology
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support installation and commissioning processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales pipeline and track conversion rates using CRM tools
  • Provide regular forecasts, reports, and insights to management

 

Key Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or Diploma) in Business, Engineering, Building Services, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in project sales, preferably in water heating, HVAC, sanitary, or related industries
  • Proven track record in securing and delivering B2B project sales
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore construction ecosystem, including tenders, specifications, and regulations
  • Experience working with developers, M&E consultants, and contractors preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
