SALES & GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

The Sales & General Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the Sales & Leadership teams. In addition, this role supports the central administration of the headquarter office, including stocking of supplies, central focal point for purchasing, reservations, travel management and other general duties.
- Responsible for sales team administration, including travel booking and expense management for sales events, expense reporting support, sales team communication, etc.
- Support regional and national trade show presence, in coordination with Marketing.
- Manage the SAP Concur travel and expense system, including setup of new users, policy administration and credit card management.
- Manage reservations for visitors, customers, suppliers and clients as requested by Leadership Team, and Sales & Marketing Teams.
- Central ordering from suppliers, creating Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP (Enterprise System), for all departments as requested.
- Processing and administration of Co-op payments, and other invoices using SAP.
- Coordinate arrangements for special events.
- Monitor and update group room blocks and ensure that deposit and cut off policies are being adhered to for trade shows and other major events.
- Inventory, testock & organize supplies, mail and correspondence in Headquarter office.
- Special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate has some Marketing, Sales or Office administration experience, and demonstrated skill in the following:
- Ability to support multiple departments and prioritize time accordingly.
- Good listening and communication skills, curious and willing to learn and grow.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Experience with SAP, is a plus.
This role is eligible for our Smart Working Hybrid workplace, 3 days per week in downtown Providence office, and 2 days remote.
