As a Product Marketing, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting the lifecycle of the assigned products, from market analysis and product development to commercial launch and sales enablement. You will serve as a key interface between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with market needs.

You’ll combine technical HVAC knowledge with strong commercial and analytical skills to drive product success and support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor HVAC market trends, customer and channel requirements, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. Conduct market sizing, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support product positioning, pricing, profitability, and business decisions.
  • Prepare market reports and recommendations to inform product planning and commercial strategies.
  • Support the management of the residential and commercial air conditioning portfolio, contributing to product roadmaps, specifications, and requirements in collaboration with R&D and Business Unit teams.
  • Support the preparation of business cases and product development projects, ensuring alignment between market needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities, including phase-in, phase-out, and replacement strategies.
  • Support product launch planning and execution across multiple channels, coordinating cross-functional activities and monitoring launch performance to identify corrective actions.
  • Develop and adapt product positioning, value propositions, key selling messages, and launch toolkits, including commercial and technical materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, adapt, and maintain product catalogs, price lists, brochures, technical documentation, and digital product content across websites, digital catalogs, customer portals, and internal platforms.
  • Ensure product specifications and technical information are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of certification and compliance documentation, including technical documentation for product approvals and certifications, in line with local and international HVAC regulations, energy efficiency requirements, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product compliance and support product certification activities.
  • Deliver product training sessions for internal teams and external partners, and support trade fairs, roadshows, customer events, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist with customer inquiries related to product applications, performance, and positioning, collaborating with Customer Service and Technical Support teams to address product issues and incorporate market feedback.
  • Support product-related business processes within ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Manage the assigned budget for the activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or HVAC product support.
  • Experience within the air conditioning, heat pump, HVAC, or climate solutions industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English required.

As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 € and 77.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
