Our new Sales Representative will be responsible for sales of heating appliances (wall hung combi boilers, Water heaters, renewable products) in Czech market in West area (Prague, W/NW Bohemia) through PRO channel via installers, services, wholesalers, retailers. Especially, focus on B2B sales with HVAC installers. He/she hierarchically reports to the residential sales manager of Czech Republic.
Requirements
- Technical degree, minimum mid-level, optimal in HVAC
- At least 2 years professional experience in sales activities preferably in HVAC market
- Self-motivated, initiative, results oriented, pro-active personality
- Very good communication skills
- Relationship management, customer-focused attitude
- Team-player role
- Willingness to travel and visit contracted customers 4 days a week in the region
- English knowledge
- PC knowledge (Office), CRM
In charge of following activities:
- To define and implement the area annual/monthly sales budget
- To develop business in his area of responsibility by identifying needs and opportunities of the specific markets
- Frequently and intensively visit present and potential customers/installers
- Identify and acquire new customers/installers
- Offer sales service support, regarding the orders and follow up payments of clients
- Cooperate and interact synergically with the Marketing and the Technical and Service Assistance Departments
- To manage the reporting system as required by the company
- Manage customer trainings, attend sales / PR events to keep abreast of the latest developments and on-going communication strategies
