We are seeking a new colleague to join our team and take responsibility for managing our customer database and loyalty program. We are looking for an analytically minded individual who enjoys working with data, can process and analyze it effectively, and is also capable of engaging with customers. If you are systematic, detail-oriented, and Excel is your forte, we look forward to your application!


What You Will Do

  • Loyalty Program Management: Input, review, and update data, segment customers, and evaluate their behavior.
  • Customer Communication: Assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and keep their information current.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare regular insights on customer activities and identify new opportunities.
  • Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced functions, pivot tables, and analytical tools to process data efficiently.
  • Website Management: Update content on platforms like WordPress and Magento. (Experience is not required; training will be provided!)
  • Marketing Team Support: Provide data for campaigns, assist with customer service, and handle minor administrative tasks.
  • CRM System Management: Maintain an up-to-date customer database and use it effectively for marketing and sales activities.

 

What We Expect from the Ideal Candidate

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to navigate data quickly.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions and data processing).
  • Experience with CRM systems or a willingness to learn rapidly.
  • A responsible approach, attention to detail, and precision.
  • Independence, initiative, and eagerness to learn new things.
  • Experience with loyalty programs or data analysis is an advantage.
