For our location in Pirna, we are looking to fill the following position with immediate effect

PLANT QUALITY / HSE MANAGER (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring and implementing quality objectives as well as continuously improving the QM system
• Responsibility for occupational safety, health, and environmental protection processes within the company
• Compliance with national and international standards, guidelines, and laws
• Collaboration with the occupational safety specialist (FASI) and plant management on safety measures, risk assessments, and reporting to HSE management
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of internal and external audits, including improvement measures
• Technical leadership of employees in the quality management department
• Ensuring the quality of goods and services as well as handling complaints and non-conformities
• Organization and execution of internal and external trainings, as well as supporting annual ISO 9001 audits

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Additional qualification in quality management (QMB) and experience in HSE management desirable
• Solid knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Resilience as well as an independent, deadline-oriented, and solution-focused way of working
• Conscientious, structured, and precise working style

IHRE TÄTIGKEITEN

• Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der Qualitätsziele sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des QM-Systems
• Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzprozesse im Unternehmen
• Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler Normen, Richtlinien und Gesetze
• Zusammenarbeit mit FASI und Werksleitung bei Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Reporting an das HSE-Management
• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von internen und externen Audits inkl. Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
• Sicherstellung der Qualität von Waren und Dienstleistungen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Abweichungen
• Organisation und Durchführung von internen/externalen Schulungen sowie Unterstützung der jährlichen ISO-9001-Audits

IHR PROFIL

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Zusatzqualifikation im Qualitätsmanagement (QMB) sowie Erfahrung im HSE-Management wünschenswert
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der DIN EN ISO 9001
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Belastbarkeit sowie selbstständige, termingerechte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gewissenhafter, strukturierter und präziser Arbeitsstil
