Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist – Shape the Future with Ariston Group

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to join our Industrial Engineering team and play a key role in the industrialization of new products and the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes. In this role, you will lead industrial engineering initiatives aimed at improving productivity, flexibility, ergonomics, quality, and operational efficiency within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure successful product launches and sustainable process improvements. 


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the industrialization of new products, ensuring readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production documentation.
  • Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support the implementation of product and process modifications.
  • Collaborate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), FMEA and Stage & Gate reviews to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.
  • Design, review, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to optimize ergonomics, productivity, capacity, and flexibility while reducing waste.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives, identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities.
  • Perform and validate Time & Methods analyses, workstation ergonomics assessments, line balancing, and process optimization activities.
  • Define routing, manufacturing phases, cycle times, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the design and implementation of material presentation systems and logistics handling standards.
  • Lead Kaizen projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost improvement.
  • Collaborate with global and local Industrial Engineering teams to deploy best practices across the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.

 

What We Are Looking For

 

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Management Engineering.

 

Experience

  • At least 5/10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in new product industrialization and process improvement.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, WCM, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs.

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 50.000 € and 65.000 €.
