Since 2011, we’ve embraced World Class Manufacturing (WCM), expanded into World Class Logistics (WCL) in 2017, and World Class Engineering (WCE) in 2019. Today, 17 of our sites are part of this transformative journey—including our Osimo plant, proudly awarded the WCM Silver Medal in March 2024.
We are now looking for a passionate and driven Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to key plant projects.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate on defining and optimizing production cycles in both automatic and manual assembly lines.
  • Analyze and improve production workflows, conduct time studies, support capacity planning, and contribute to layout design.
  • Help standardize best practices to support the spread of WCM culture.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product development processes.

 

What You’ll Gain:

  • In-depth training on Lean/WCM methodologies with a focus on industrial engineering and production.
  • Hands-on experience in a WCM Silver Medal plant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Strong command of Italian and English.
  • A pragmatic mindset with initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of industrial processes.
