SALES ADMINISTRATION & LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

The Sales Administration Specialist is the key contact between sales representatives and central office to coordinate the order process. Control and manage the orders and prepare sales reports.
Main tasks:

Receive customers’ orders and update their details within IT system
-
Upload orders into IT system
-
Check regular loading of orders acquired
-
Ensure daily running of Order Books
-
Provide all information needed by customers (product identification, order status, delivery planning, etc…)
-
Delivery note creation; Issuing invoices and correcting invoices

Manage price list within IT system
-
Cooperation with Area Sales Managers in sales areas, who together with the Sales Administration Specialist constitute a sales team.

Constantly updated in IT sytem customer base from the above-mentioned areas of lists, rebates, payment terms, etc. In accordance with the procedure.

Manage return goods flow
-
Produce credit notes when necessary in accordance with SAP Procedures as well as ensure that customers are correctly invoiced
-
Guarantee quality, efficiency, safety and compliant support to the execution of Warehouses Operations
-
Provide support in additional administrative and operational tasks within the department as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Med or Higher education diploma
- Seniority & Experience: + 3 yrs in Sales Administration
- Languages: English, Excel, SAP is a plus
- Skills: proficient use of 1C system is preferable
