WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

- SAP Transactions: Performing all system transactions related to Goods Receipt (GR), returns to suppliers, and internal transfers within the ERP system.
- Documentation Control: Verifying the consistency of physical documentation (delivery notes, CMR, invoices) with SAP data and open Purchase Orders (PO).
- Data Accuracy: Ensuring that all data regarding serial numbers, lots (batches), and expiration dates are accurately and precisely entered into the system.
- Labeling: Generating and printing internal barcode labels for each received material unit in accordance with company standards.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Identifying and immediately reporting differences between invoiced/shipped quantities and actually received quantities to the Team Leader and Master Planning department.
- Archiving: Systematic and physical archiving of all inbound logistical documentation in compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations.
- Inventory Support: Providing administrative support during regular and extraordinary inventory counts, including the preparation of counting lists and stock reconciliation.
Type and level of education: High school degree (IV SSS), preferably technical orientation.
Work experience: Preferably experience in warehouse administration. Excellent proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems (MM/WM modules) and MS Office (Excel).
Other conditions: Precision, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
