JOB DESCRIPTION:
Â
- Lead and coordinate production team activities to achieve production targets, product quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor the flow of materials, components, and finished products in line with the production plan and FIFO principles.
- Collaborate with production leaders and cross-functional teams, participate in daily meetings and shift handovers to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the condition and availability of machines, tools, and safety devices; report and follow up on equipment issues with the Maintenance team.
- Organize and delegate tasks according to team members' competencies and production requirements.
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, support development plans, and participate in performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivate team members, and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct shift meetings, communicate goals and expectations, and support the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Prepare shift reports and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen activities, Lean practices, and procedure development.
- Operate internal transportation equipment, including forklifts, cranes, and lifting platforms, where authorized.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Fire Protection, and other company regulations and procedures.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience leading teams in a production setting.
- Experience in an automated manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- At least IV education level, preferable technical sciences orientation
- Advanced in Serbian and basic in English language and computer skills
