INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SENIOR SPECIALIST

- Design, re-design and continuous revision of production processes to optimize ergonomics, maximize efficiency, improve flexibility and capacity and in general reduce waste.
- Development production standards, methods and operating procedures.
- Time studies and Motion studies within the plant, bottleneck management throughout the production process and line balancing / re-balancing (when needed), HC defining together with other departments, capacity studies, OEE, etc..
- Development of specifications for new machines and production lines and design review (in lights of the specifications defined) with external suppliers.
- Commissioning and acceptance of new production equipment.
- Study, development and implementation of technological upgrades.
- Early Equipment Management (EEM) pillar leadership within the World Class Manufacturing plant organization, together with other CI tools.
- Industrialization of new products and Engineering Change Requests from R&D and Quality departments.
- Implementation of Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
- Support to plant layout design (or re-design) to improve and streamline flows.
- Project transfer and tracking.
- Tooling preparations.
- PFMEA leading in his zone of responsibility together with other departments.
- CAPEX preparation and tracking in area of responsibility together with technical request and specification of required item.
- Manage industrialization activities for new products, product variants, and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from R&D and Quality
