Join our Team as Electrical Maintenance Team Leader!
What You'll Do:
- Perform complex interventions on equipment, due to planned and unplanned downtime (repairs of non-standard equipment and equipment specific to the production process).
- Prepare of reports on intervention, tests, and measurements on equipment
- Perform specific settings on the equipment in order to optimize the operation.
- Independent definition and implementation of corrective measures in order to eliminate defects.
- Collaborate with external contractors / repairmen.
- Installation of machines and production lines
- Perform complex interventions on defective equipment (repairs of non-standard equipment and equipment specific to the production process, software settings, sensors, frequency regulators, servo systems).
- Operation control and maintenance of electric distribution boards, cabinets and installations in facilities in the factory.
- Operation control, adjustment and maintenance of complex automatic and electronic systems, control el. wardrobe, el. engines, devices and elements for safety and protection at work, individual devices, accompanying equipment and installation on factory equipment (systems with complex automatic elements, etc.).
- Operation control and maintenance of power plants in the factory.
- Reports to the maintenance manager
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in electrical engineering or secondary electrical engineering school.
- Solid experience as electrical technician in electronics, automatics, energy, computer technology or in similar technical sciences.
- Knowledge and skills in repairing production equipment is a prerequisite.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, automation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and manuals.
- A minimum of five years of experience in maintaining production equipment.
- Experience in team management.
