SQA BUSINESS PROCESS INTERN

Business Process Management (BPM) is the systematic approach of designing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing business processes with technology, continuous improvement strategies, and other methodologies to improve overall business performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity. Processes do not manage themselves, so company functions often need a BPM to help spearhead these initiatives, keep them on track, and iterate as necessary to ensure continued success.
As SQA Business Process Intern, you will have the following responsabilities:
- Analyze and map existing processes within an organization to determine where need improvements;
- Develop and implement new processes after identifying areas for improvement;
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams BPI spans multiple departments and touch various functions within an organization;
- Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders, including modification outside function procedure but with an interest for the belonging function;
- Driving process standardization and compliance is a vital part of the BPM’s role focus to ensure processes are standardized and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards;
- Lead process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies and continuously drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization;
- Contribute to Ariston Group objectives and global competitiveness with an effective set of pragmatic processes and tools for management of Procurement and SQA activities at worldwide level.
As our ideal candidate, you have a degree in Management Engineering or Economics and a brilliant academic career. Collaborative approach, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile. English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements.
