As part of the Aftermarket Division, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Pricing & Business Development Specialist to join our Corporate team. The position is focused on coordinating and supporting Markets and Regions in pricing, commercial initiatives, data analysis and monitoring, service development projects. The role will operate within an international and structured environment, with a specific focus on the Parts & Service.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, update, and monitor pricing and pricing models for spare parts and aftermarket services, ensuring alignment with strategic positioning and profitability targets.
- Support local markets in implementing corporate guidelines related to pricing, commercial offers, and service policies.
- Support to commercial development and continuous improvement projects, including:
- Standardization and governance of warranty management processes and cost control.
- Design and implementation of after-sales call center models for technical support and customer care.
- Conduct data analysis on sales performance, margins, service profitability, and prepare reports and insights for senior management.
- Monitor industry trends, market benchmarks, and feedback from regional teams to identify new business opportunities and added-value initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams to develop and integrate digital tools supporting the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Master degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the aftermarket or B2B industrial sector.
- Strong skills in data analysis and pricing tools (Excel, SAP and, possibly, Power BI).
- Familiarity with warranty and customer service processes.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement attitude, and data-driven approach.
- Experience in Business data analysis and Project Management
- Good analytical skills, problem solving, organizational capabilities and flexibility
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
