ICT SPECIALIST - SAP HR SOLUTIONS

As ICT Specialist – SAP HR Solutions, you will provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required for the development of an efficient ICT HR application.
You should create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance for evolving the ICT HR applications solutions in order to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes.


You will report to the HR Technology Manager and you will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Support project planning and the ongoing integration of Digital HR modules
  • Specific responsibility and focus to improve and develop HR digital tools within the
  • Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and authorization profiles;
  • Participate in system configuration, system testing and data migration between varied systems
  • Document system applications
  • Key User (I&II level) support on administration modules to users of the digital systems (HR colleagues’ / end users)
  • Work on setting up the roll-out and implementation of HR Digital tools;
  • Interface to and close collaboration in all relevant processes with the Digital Project Team, HR Operational Excellence, Success Factors Key Users, Subject Matter Experts, the local HR colleagues across Ariston, internal Ariston departments and related external providers

 

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in HR digital systems and implementation
  • Deep and demonstrable knowledge of SAP HR on-premises 
  • Experience with PA, OM and TM modules and authorization profile and interfaces as well as experience in performing analysis using system based data
  • Project management experience in the field of IT/digital projects and high affinity in working with systems and figures
  • Overview of the HR Digital module landscape and of interlinks between different Modules
  • Experience in managing processes with different stakeholders and ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with stakeholders from different cultures/countries
  • Excellent MS-Office skills with specific focus on Excel
  • English language skills are mandatory
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and deadline-orientation
  • Planning and organizational skills, teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
