ICT Project Manager - Service

The ICT Project Manager candidate will be part of the group ICT organization focused on Sales & Service area and will support the ICT organization in delivering every assigned project on time, on budget and on quality. He/she should have a solid background in both technical and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the ICT Project Leader for the assigned initiatives in his/her responsibility area;
  • Supporting the demand collection from the business units/departments focusing mainly on Sales, Service, Marketing Processes;
  • Managing full life cycle projects and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and/or external);
  • Managing the external suppliers involved in our projects;  
  • Applying the project management methodology as per ICT standards (including Agile);
  • Define project readiness and KPIs in accordance with the business;
  • Monitoring and controlling the assigned projects and Change Request (CR) progress and cost; 
  • Reporting the status of the assigned projects (main outcomes, status, issues with proposed solutions, risks with mitigations actions etc…).

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (or similar);
  • 4+ years of professional experience as Project Manager in multinational companies;
  • Good knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing processes;
  • Good knowledge and experience on CRM, ERP systems and route to Market WEB applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Service/Marketing/Sales, Sap ECC or SAP CRM will be a plus);
  • PMI or Prince 2 certifications are a plus;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good relationship management with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Target oriented with problem solving attitude;
  • Strong team leading skills;
  • Organizational and analytical skills;
  • Fluency in English.
