ICT PROJECT MANAGER - SALES & CRM

As ICT Project Manager, you will be part of the ICT Business Relationship Management organization focused on Sales & Service Area and you will support the ICT organization in delivering every assigned projects on time, on budget and on quality. You should have a solid background in both technological aspects and business processes.


You will responsible for: 

  • being the ICT Project Leader for the assigned initiatives in his/her responsibility areas
  • supporting the ICT Directors in managing the ICT demands from the business units/departments focusing mainly on Sales, Service, Marketing Processes.
  • managing the entire life cycle of a Project in the role of Project Manager and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and/or external) for the project execution
  • managing the external suppliers cooperating in Projects  
  • applying the project management methodology as per the ICT standard (including Agile) 
  • define Project readiness and KPIs in accordance with the Business
  • monitoring and controlling the assigned projects and Change Request (CR) progress and cost
  • support key processes transformation jointly with the Business and set the best standards to be rollout in many Ariston’s Markets 
  • reporting to the ICT Director and to the business functions the status of the assigned projects (main outcomes, status, issues with proposed solutions, risks with mitigations actions etc…)

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering (or similar) with 3/4 years of experience as Project Manager in multinational companies or into the major consultancy agencies.
  • Good knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing processes
  • Good knowledge and experience on CRM, ERP systems and route to Market WEB applications (a plus on SAP Hybris Sales Cloud, C4HANA, Sap ECC, SAP CRM) 
  • PMI or Prince 2 certifications are a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation; 
  • Good relationship manager with internal clients as well as with Suppliers, in multinational environments 
  • Works to reach targets and has problem solving skills 
  • Strong Team Leader characteristics, motivate people for an exceptional performance  
  • Organizational and analytical skills, customer and target orientation 
  • Proficiency in English and availability to travel
