ICT HR Systems & Integration

Department: ICT

Reports To: ICT HR

Position Overview

We are looking for an ICT HR Systems & Integration to act as the guardian of a lean, coherent systems landscape aligned with enterprise architecture strategy — bridging business needs, vendor delivery, and technical design. You will be a central figure in both our ICT HR Transformation programme and the ongoing Business-as-Usual (BAU) support of Payroll, T&A and DMS systems, operating in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. A critical priority in the first months will be building a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape – much of which exists as institutional knowledge rather than documentation. This calls for someone who is a proactive, resourceful learner: comfortable structuring their own knowledge-gathering process, persistent in following up on open questions, and skilled at building rapport with subject matter experts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation programmes, overseeing the end-to-end build and deployment of multiple integrations per country and gather and prioritize requirements
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Partner with vendors and enterprise architecture teams to define the best technical solutions
  • Coordinate testing efforts between vendors and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality
  • Manage the transition of new solutions from project delivery into support
  • Manage the vendor relationship with the support organization, and challenge the proposed solution to ensure service quality and accountability
  • Act as the key point of contact linking business needs, vendor capabilities, and architectural direction in terms of integration solutions
  • Lead a structured knowledge transfer effort during the onboarding period, systematically capturing undocumented processes, system logic, and historical decisions from the subject matter experts, and translating this into durable documentation for the team

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in ICT HR systems (e.g. Payroll, T&A, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Planning) and integrations, gained through implementation projects. Experience working in multi-country ICT environments is considered a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Time modules), SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and integration middleware; familiarity with cloud integration platforms (e.g. SAP Integration Suite) and Document Management Systems are considered a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong business analysis, project management, vendor and stakeholder management skills; experience leading workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes is preferred
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a proven ability to drive results independently in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and knowledge documentation capabilities, with experience reconstructing systems and processes from scratch considered an advantage
