ICT CRM ANALYST

As our ICT CRM Analyst, reporting directly to the ICT Senior Manager Services, you will actively participate in ambitious and international projects. You will work on CRM Service Cloud or On-Premise and customize and develop solutions, within this platform, to meet specific business needs.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, translate them into CRM Service Cloud or On-Premise (SAP and Microsoft D365) solutions 
  • Customize CRM Service Cloud or On-Premise (SAP and Microsoft D365) functionalities to align with business requirements, including configurations, extensions, and custom developments
  • Support the full life-cycle of the Applications change requests/projects, from writing functional analysis, developments/interface specifications and IT/user acceptance test scripts up to deploying the solution into the live environment.
  • Design, configure, and maintain data models, workflows, UI changes, and integrations within other solutions (Sap ECC, C4C, Oracle OFS, AWS, Sap PO/IS, etc)
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of customizations
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to project teams and end-users.

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM Service Cloud or On-Premise as a developer and customizer
  • Experience with ABAP, UI Script, UI Designer in Cloud Application Studio or similar tools to develop and deploy complex CRM Service Cloud or On-Premise (SAP and Microsoft D365)
  • Hands-on experience in integrating CRM Service Cloud or On-Premise (SAP and Microsoft D365) application to other systems using Sap IS/PO technology
  • SAP CRM Service Cloud or On-Premise (SAP and Microsoft D365) certification or relevant SAP certifications are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, target oriented
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Fluency in English 


Location: Fabriano (AN) or Milan, with the possibility of some remote working
