ICT ANALYST - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

As our ICT Finance Analyst, reporting directly to the ICT Manager Admin.Finance&Control, you will actively participate in ambitious and international projects, to improve business functionalities and processes.

You will mainly focus on Accounts Payable automation software and take part in the Finance Area Projects and Change Requests management activities, interfacing with the Business and assisting them in defining Applications functional requirements. You will work with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Manager and ICT HQs technical teams (including external systems integrators) to gather functional requirements, create solution proposals and evaluate implementation alternatives.

 
Your Responsibilities:

  • Application development activities and support of the current financial systems
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable automation processes 
  • Support in global Finance projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Develop and analyse functional specifications
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
  • Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions
  • Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams

 
Your Profile:

  • Master Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Economics
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the role
  • Knowledge of Finance processes and experience in designing solutions
  • Knowledge Accounts Payable automation software like Esker or similar
  • Understanding of business practices
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset and accounting skills
  • Capable of working independently, organized, and accurate with solid methodological skills and high attention to details
  • Fluency in English
  • Is a plus the knowledge of SAP Customizing (FI/CO)

 

Location: Fabriano (AN) or Milan, with the possibility of some remote working
