As the HSE Cluster Manager, you will:
- Champion the implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) programs across production and non-production sites in your region.
- Guide local teams in aligning with corporate HSE strategies and legal requirements.
- Foster a proactive safety culture and share best practices across sites.
- Mentor and support local HSE coordinators, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with a focus on prevention and learning.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to embed HSE into every project and process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal standards.
- Define and communicate HSE roles and responsibilities across sites.
- Analyze HSE performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
- Support training programs and legal compliance efforts.
- Coordinate audits and follow-up actions.
- Provide expert input on engineering projects and risk assessments.
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- 7+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory frameworks.
- Certified internal auditor (ISO 14001 & 45001).
- Skilled in risk assessment, training, and incident investigation.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
