As the HSE Cluster Manager, you will:

• Champion the implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) programs across production and non-production sites in your region.
• Guide local teams in aligning with corporate HSE strategies and legal requirements.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and share best practices across sites.
• Mentor and support local HSE coordinators, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with a focus on prevention and learning.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to embed HSE into every project and process.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal standards.
• Define and communicate HSE roles and responsibilities across sites.
• Analyze HSE performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Support training programs and legal compliance efforts.
• Coordinate audits and follow-up actions.
• Provide expert input on engineering projects and risk assessments.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 7+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory frameworks.
• Certified internal auditor (ISO 14001 & 45001).
• Skilled in risk assessment, training, and incident investigation.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
