The Digital Marketing will join the Marketing Italy Team on a fixed-term contract and will play a key role in supporting the definition and execution of the digital marketing strategy for the Italian market, contributing to the growth of Ariston Group brands across heating, water heating, air conditioning, and service businesses.

The role supports customer acquisition, lead generation, brand engagement, and customer retention through an integrated digital ecosystem that combines media, content, marketing automation, dealer engagement, and data analytics.

Working closely with Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Service, CRM, Corporate Digital Teams, and external agencies, the Digital Marketing Specialist helps ensure a consistent and effective customer journey across all digital touchpoints while contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Customer Journey

  • Support the definition and implementation of the annual digital marketing strategy for the Italian market.

  • Build customer-centric journeys across the Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, Installation, Usage, and Loyalty stages.

  • Support business growth objectives through demand generation and digital engagement initiatives.

  • Drive digital transformation projects in collaboration with central and local teams.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across Google Search & Display, YouTube, Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Advertising.

  • Monitor and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Website & Digital Platforms

  • Own the Italian digital ecosystem, including brand websites, campaign landing pages, lead capture tools, and dealer and installer digital touchpoints.

  • Continuously improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through data-driven optimization.

  • Optimize digital content and information architecture to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and search engines, increasing share of voice and related performance KPIs.

Content & Social Media

  • Develop digital content strategies aligned with product launches and seasonal business priorities.

  • Coordinate content production with Corporate Digital Teams and external agencies.

  • Manage the editorial calendar, social media planning, and campaign execution to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign results, and market trends.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to support business decisions and continuous performance improvement.

Agency & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and technology partners.

  • Support the planning and monitoring of digital marketing budgets and media investments to maximize return on investment.

  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and continuous performance improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Proven experience in planning and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong experience in B2B2C environments.

  • Experience in durable goods, HVAC, home appliances, construction, building technologies, or related industries is considered a plus.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation platforms, Power BI (or equivalent analytics tools), Content Management Systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager), and Social Media Advertising platforms (especially Meta and LinkedIn).

  • Fluent English.
