CUSTOMER INSIGHT INTERN

We are looking for a brilliant and motivated Customer Insight Intern to provide direct support to the Brand & Customer Insight Manager, within the Group Marketing Programs team.
This role offers the opportunity to support strategic projects aimed at understanding customer behavior, market trends, and brand performance.
The intern will assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources, preparing reports, and generating actionable insights to guide marketing and business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of customer and market research initiatives, both for B2B and B2C targets
- Assisting in data analysis and interpretation to identify patterns and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are integrated into brand strategies
- Preparing presentations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively
Daily Activities:
- Coordinate with external agencies for research projects and ensure timely delivery of outputs
- Monitor agency performance and manage day-to-day communication to align on project objectives (ex, meeting follow-up)
- Support the briefing process for new research studies and follow up on progress
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and preparing status updates for stakeholders
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Economics, Sociology, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields
- Analytical & Presentation Skills: Confident usage of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, precision, proactivity, and ability to work in a team
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of feedback management platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) will be considered a plus
