CRM SENIOR SPECIALIST

In your role as Sales CRM Senior Specialist you will be responsible for the development of the Group Sales CRM, reporting to the Group Sales Excellence Senior Director within the Group Marketing organization and in strong collaboration with Sales organization and ICT department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Group priorities definition for the development of the Sales CRM (business priorities), dialoguing with main stakeholders within the organization (e.g., regional / main countries marketing & sales teams) and ICT;
  • Support the Group Sales Excellence Senior Director in defining the mid-term Sales CRM strategy;
  • Manage the Sales CRM, in a mostly B2B and B2C context, identifying commonalities;
  • Monitor standard KPIs through monthly-released dashboards and ad-hoc analysis;
  • Train local CRM responsible people and update the existing training material;
  • Support markets in the correct use of Sales CRM functionalities and data;
  • Create a CRM/Sales community to share best practices and promote the tool’s adoption;
  • Manage the assigned budget.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Marketing/Information Technology/Engineering or similar filed;
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Marketing roles;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and flows;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point;
  • Knowledge of SAP C4C is a plus;
  • Knowledge of sales processes in a B2B context is a plus;
  • Fluent English (professional working proficiency is a must), Italian  is recommended, German or other languages are a plus;
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork and networking attitude;
  • Keen to work with different culture and geographies, open to listen to people needs;
  • Proactivity and curiosity;
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
