CRM & Loyalty East & West EU Manager

 

The role, reporting to the EWE Marketing Senior Director, will be responsible to coordinate all the countries of the East & West EU Region, with the following main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all the activities aimed at increasing the installers customer base and sell-out volumes (promotions, activities with Service Centers, …)
  • Coordinate the countries’ promotional plan with local sales and marketing teams
  • Cooperate with Trade Marketing managers to effectively work on trade activities (e.g. events, roadshows)
  • Monitor sell-out KPIs and pre-sales KPIs cross country, leveraging systems/DB and supporting local teams to define improving areas and related actions
  • Control the Loyalty programs, being the reference person for local needs and coordinating with ICT team
  • Lead the Loyalty evolution (new program development and release) at EWE level
  • Share best practices and lead the evolution towards a consistent approach cross country for key projects

 

The ideal candidate has

  • At least 5-7 years of experience, in multinational companies and in CRM/analytical roles
  • Strong project management skills as well as analytical approach
  • Ability to work in team and to manage cross country resources, interacting also with high profile people
  • Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis
  • Knowledge of database management and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamic CRM
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Energy, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm and passion for marketing and sales, along with relational, organizational and presentations skills, problem solving and results orientation complete the profile.
