CORPORATE COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

As our Corporate Compliance Specialist, reporting to the Legal Compliance Corporate Affairs Director, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ensure the compliance of the companies, at Group level, to compliance laws including but not limited to: trade compliance laws (UE and USA), privacy law (Italian and EU), antitrust law (mainly Italian and EU), 231/01 italian law Decree, giving consultancy and training to Group people, reviewing relevant contractual clauses and so on.
- Assist the Management in defining the tools for the compliance and the performance of risk assessment projects in order to improve the internal control systems
- Assist the Organismo di Vigilanza of the company in its duties (including taking care of the minute of the meetings and of the interviews/activities of the Organismo di Vigilanza even performing some audit’s activities delegated by the Organismo di Vigilanza in order to verify the compliance with the Organizational Model and so on)
As our ideal candidate, you have:
- Law Degree with a brilliant international professional career in a multinational firm or company employment and 2/3 years of experience in the role at least.
- Knowledge of D. Lgs 231/2001, Antitrust and Privacy legislation are required.
- Analytical and organizational capabilities, a results-oriented approach, flexibility, and entrepreneurship will complete the profile.
- Fluency in English
